Stage 1 — Gravity Separation / API Oil-Water Separation

The first stage leverages gravity and density differential to achieve primary oil-water separation. Our API oil-water separator — designed to API 421 standards — removes free oil, floating oil films, and settleable solids from the incoming produced water stream.

Dosing rates are automatically controlled by PLC based on real-time flow and turbidity monitoring.

Stage 3 — Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) / Induced Gas Flotation (IGF)

This is the critical polishing stage for suspended oil and fine particulate removal. Our DAF flotation unit generates millions of micro-bubbles (20–100 microns) that attach to oil droplets and suspended solids, carrying them to the surface for mechanical skimming.
